Still the useful source of information for collectors
"The Bechuanalands: A Brief History of the Countries and their Postal Services to 1895" was published in 1946 by the R.P.S.
as a blue covered subscribers limited edition (192 copies) and
a green covered general limited edition.

Cost of ownership is high. Copies are often seen offered at auction for £120 or more. Covers the history of the Postal Service from 1836, through Stellaland to British Bechuanaland and has useful sections on Revenues, Forgeries and Postmarks.
