The Runner Post is the main communication method for the Society.

 Produced biannually it includes

news, question and answers and requests for help
items of interest and items at auction
in-depth articles (often spread over multiple issues)
and the latest Society News.

This is alternated with a newsletter to give a quarterly forum for news and questions.
